4. Completion
Your buyer pays back the deferred amount within the agreed term (up to 120 days) and after the funds are received, we transfer the balance to you, withholding our commission.

● Tax obligations (withholding/reporting) are determined by the laws of the relevant jurisdictions; we provide primary documents (invoices/acts, certificates of residence — if required).
● Insurance is provided by licensed insurance companies; decisions, limits, exclusions, deductibles, waiting periods, and territorial/sanction restrictions are determined by the insurer’s policy terms and underwriting.
